Established in 1988, Flowcon Industrial has been a member of the South African Chamber of Commerce for more than 20 years and has branches situated in Durban and Johannesburg. We are agents for LAS / Fulcrum equipment, Goodyear and Alfagomma hoses, and hold a variety of other agencies for all sorts of equipment related to fluid transfer products.

We offer a variety of dry break couplings and are agents for LAS / Fulcrum equipment, OPW Kamvalok, Emco-Buckeye, Avery Hardoll, Banjo, as well as pneumatic and mechanical valves. These couplings are available in aluminium, brass, stainless steel and polypropylene, and in sizes ranging from ½in to 6in diameter. We also offer instantaneous fire fittings, Barrett couplers, Morris couplers, town fillers and underground fittings.

We repair all makes of dry breaks, butterfly and bottom-loading valves in our fully equipped workshops. All units are pressure tested and stamped so that a customer’s repair history and details are kept on record for future reference.

We are agents for Goodyear and Alfagomma and also offer Dunlop and PVC -Petzetakis for which we carry the full range. We offer locally made petroleum, chemical and Teflon-lined composite hoses. These hoses cover various applications from high to low pressures and include ship-to-shore bunkering hoses.

Our stainless-steel braided hoses are made to specification and consist of an outer stainless-steel braiding and inner convoluted stainless-steel tube. An inner Teflon convoluted tube is also available. Galvanised exhaust tubing can also be made up as required. PVC, food grade and lay-flat fire hoses also form part of our range.

We offer a wide variety of flowmeters, sight glasses and flow indicators which include both mechanical and electronic / digital meters for the fuel, chemical and food industry. Flowmeters are specifically specified for each application in terms of product, flow rate, temperature, pressure and desired output, e.g. litres, kilograms, simple read-out or batching options.

Stainless-steel pipe repair clamps offer a fast, easy, cost-effective method for repairing damaged pipelines. These clamps are used to save hours in downtime at a lower material cost. The main applications are for water and fuel services but other liners are available on request.
